Privacy at CARVI Logistics
CARVI Logistics Inc. (CARVI, we, us, or our) operates carvilogistics.com. This notice describes the information the website collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
A freight quote request includes the contact, company, shipment, lane, equipment, and message information you submit. A driver application includes your name, phone number, verified email address, CDL class, experience range, location, language, and the consent record associated with the submission.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, or other information the forms do not request.
Site operation and security
The site and its infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request timing, security-verification results, and pages or forms used. We use it to operate the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and protect submissions.
The driver form may save an unfinished draft in local storage on the same device. The draft is removed after a confirmed submission and can also be removed by clearing browser site data.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review and respond to freight inquiries, review driver interest, communicate about a request or application, maintain business and security records, detect duplicate or abusive submissions, and comply with legal obligations.
A driver application is not an employment guarantee. A quote request is not a transportation contract or guarantee of availability. CARVI does not currently use these forms to enroll users in promotional SMS messages.
Analytics choices
CARVI uses Google Analytics 4 only after you choose Allow analytics. Before that choice, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics request is sent. If enabled, analytics may process device and browser details, page and interaction data, referral information, and approximate location derived from an IP address. CARVI does not enable advertising storage or personalized advertising through this control.
You can refuse analytics without losing site functionality and can change your choice later through Privacy choices in the footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep analytics disabled. CARVI does not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipment details, or application answers to Google Analytics.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for website hosting and security, database operation, email delivery, anti-abuse verification, internal notifications, and consent-based analytics. They process information under the services they provide. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the site, in connection with professional advice, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. CARVI does not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
We retain information for operational, legal, safety, employment, and recordkeeping needs. Short-lived security records and verification sessions expire automatically. CARVI uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask CARVI to review or correct your contact information, or request deletion where applicable and consistent with legal and recordkeeping obligations. Browser settings can clear a saved driver-form draft and limit cookies or local storage, although some security or sign-in functions may then stop working.
Contact
Questions, privacy requests, or accessibility feedback may be sent to [email protected] or (224) 354-1053.
Changes
CARVI may update this notice as the website or its services change.
